Screening Options
1) PD Member (With 2 provider verification within the last 6 months) send screening request and text me your handle
2) Two photos: A clear photo of your government-issued ID or Passport and an additional photo of yourself holding the same ID or Passport. You can cover all your personal details with exception of photo, name, and D.O.B
